Sven and the panel focused on the manufacturing industry expansions amid evolving trade policies and tariffs. They discussed real estate decisions around leasing and ownership, site selection criteria such as infrastructure, labor, and proximity to suppliers, and available state and local incentives. They also provided practical resources to support a successful expansion as well as insights on the construction process for new facilities, market trends, and cost factors.
