AVX Corporation, a provider of electronic components for a variety of applications, is once again expanding its existing operations in Greenville, SC to accommodate the company’s continued growth. AVX will be investing $35 million in this expansion and creating an additional 100 new jobs in the coming years.

Parker Poe Consulting (PPC) was pleased to have assisted AVX executives in securing conditions favorable for this Greenville-based global manufacturer of capacitors, couplers and circuit protection devices to further grow their operations at Southchase Industrial Park in Fountain Inn.

As part of this expansion, the company will be adding 80,000 square feet of manufacturing space and 30,000 square feet of warehouse space to facilitate and support the expansion of specialty passive electronic components production.
