Parker Poe Consulting will help Beaufort County successfully implement a focused marketing campaign to encourage the sale and subsequent development of a County-owned site in the fast-growing Bluffton area.

The Columbia-based consulting firm will oversee civil engineering studies and perform other assessments of the site — including logistics, amenities and demographics — along with marketing collateral that includes traditional print products as well as Web-based listing and targeted email campaigns.
